Workmanship Warranty
Thomas Fence offers a comprehensive 1-year workmanship warranty on all of our fencing installations. Installation issues — from loose pickets to misaligned posts — are addressed at no extra charge.
The warranty is included in every written contract and delivered to you at the final walkthrough. Our confidence in this warranty reflects our confidence in the installation team behind it.
If something is wrong with the way your fence was installed within one year of completion, we come back and fix it. No runaround.
Product Material Warranty
Fence manufacturers of ornamental steel, chain link, and vinyl fences often carry a warranty on their product materials designed to protect you from product failure or defects.
Thomas Fence provides specific warranty details based on the product you choose for your project. Ask your estimator about manufacturer warranty terms for the materials you are considering.
Manufacturer warranties cover the materials themselves — coatings, hardware, and structural integrity — separate from the workmanship warranty Thomas Fence provides on installation.
