Thomas Fence provides professional fence installation services in Northwest Arkansas, including:
- Vinyl fencing (privacy, picket, semi-privacy, rail)
- Wood fencing (cedar, privacy, picket)
- Chain link fencing (residential and commercial)
- Ornamental steel fencing (including powder-coated systems and ProFusion pickets)
- Farm fencing (field fence, horse fence, cattle panels, barbed wire)
- Temporary fencing (construction, event, and crowd control)
- Gate installation and gate automation
Services include:
- New fence installation
- Tear-out and replacement of existing fencing (when specified in writing)
- Installation of standard materials as outlined in the project estimate
- Basic site cleanup following installation
All services are limited strictly to what is detailed in the written estimate or contract.
Services Not Provided
Unless explicitly stated in writing, Thomas Fence does not provide:
- Fence repair services
- Permit acquisition or regulatory approvals
- Property line surveying or boundary verification
- Land grading, leveling, or significant site preparation
- Removal of underground obstructions (including rocks, roots, or debris)
- Utility locating services (e.g., sprinklers, private lines, or electrical systems)
- Ongoing maintenance or cleaning services
Permits & Approvals
Customers are responsible for obtaining all required permits, approvals, and permissions, including HOA approvals where applicable.
Thomas Fence may provide general guidance or resources but does not assume responsibility for permit acquisition unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Site Conditions & Variables
Fence installation outcomes may be affected by factors outside of Thomas Fence's control, including:
- Soil conditions
- Terrain and slope
- Weather conditions
- Hidden or underground obstructions
- Accessibility of the installation area
Additional work required due to unforeseen conditions may result in changes to project scope, cost, or timeline.
Change Orders
Any work requested outside of the original agreed scope must be approved in writing as a change order.
Additional costs and time adjustments will be disclosed prior to proceeding with such work.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful project completion, customers are responsible for:
- Confirming accurate property boundaries
- Securing pets and ensuring safe access to the work area
- Providing clear access to the installation site
- Disclosing known underground systems (e.g., sprinklers, wiring, septic components)
- Obtaining required permits and approvals
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays or additional costs.
Materials & Product Expectations
Material characteristics (such as durability, maintenance requirements, or resistance to environmental conditions) are based on general product properties and may vary depending on usage and environmental factors.
Terms such as "low maintenance" or "virtually maintenance-free" indicate reduced upkeep requirements but do not eliminate the need for occasional cleaning or maintenance.

All project timelines are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Site conditions
- Scheduling factors
