Thomas Fence has been in business since 1993 and is bonded and insured. Greg and Kate Paschal have been the owners since May of 2003. From day one, their commitment has been to operate with full transparency — holding every license, certification, and registration required by state law and industry standards.
Thomas Fence holds an active Arkansas Contractor's License (No. 015501), maintained continuously since 2005 and renewed annually. This license is required by Arkansas state law for any fencing project exceeding $2,000, and you can verify our status at any time through the Arkansas Contractor's Licensing Board.
Through the American Fence Association and the Accredited Contractor Institute, Thomas Fence became Arkansas's first Certified Fence Contractor — an accreditation earned by demonstrating excellence in business practices, passing rigorous industry testing, and maintaining a trusted professional reputation. We renew every three years through advanced training and continuing education.
We are also a Certified Gate Automation Technician (CGAT) — the premier certification for automated gate installers — and a verified US Federal Contractor Registration (USFCR) vendor. Every job we take is covered by full liability insurance and a bonded crew, giving you complete confidence from the first post to the final inspection.
