Very trusted company! Thomas Fence installed a brand new Fence for us a little over a year ago. During that time, a couple of our Fence Posts warped. I reached out, and Dwayne took immediate action. Thomas Fence built us a fence in 2024, part board on board, part wrought iron. We couldn’t be happier, the board on board is more like a wall than a fence, the best looking fence in our subdivision. We had some minor damage to the board on board fence over the recent 4th of July weekend. I called Thomas re the repair Friday 7/10, Crystal got Reb out quickly Tuesday 7/14 to review the damage. Turns out the repair just called for one panel, Reb was back the next day with the panel needed, and a couple extra. Reb was not only a pleasure to do business with during the estimate & installation of our fence, but again during the repair. Nice to know you get the same high level of service from Thomas Fence/Reb, whether it’s an install or a minor repair. “Thank you” Thomas Fence!!
Thomas Fence did a phenomenal job on our privacy fence. We had an old iron fence that was falling down on one side and they came in, yanked out the old, towed it away, and put in the new one. The 10 ft gate seems really sturdy, (don't know about longevity yet). They weren't the best at communicating timelines: we had utility lines marked in our yard and had to check to see if it had been ordered by Thomas Fence. The quote process was straightforward and quite competitive and fairly priced. The job came within the quoted prices. The team was prompt, professional, and did a wonderful job.
