Due to the nature of construction and installation services, refunds are limited.
Deposits
Deposits for special-order materials or custom work may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or project preparation has begun.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on project stage, material purchases, and scheduling commitments.
Completed Work
No refunds will be issued for completed work that meets the agreed scope outlined in the contract.
Change Orders
Approved additional work is non-refundable once completed.
Thomas Fence will work in good faith to address concerns and encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve issues.
