We focus on providing excellent quality fencing to meet our customers' needs!
Thomas Fence has been in business since 1993 and is bonded and insured. Greg and Kate Paschal have been the owners since May of 2003. Their primary focus has been to provide excellent quality fencing that meets the needs of customers in Northwest Arkansas. Their services include installing all kinds of residential and commercial fencing.
Greg was raised in Northwest Arkansas and met Kate while attending John Brown University. After graduation, Kate taught locally in Rogers Public Schools, and Greg worked in various roles in consumer products for Glad and then Clorox. Greg's job moved their young (and growing) family from Arkansas to Virginia, California, and Illinois. Missing family and friends, they returned to Northwest Arkansas where they have raised two daughters, a son, and a herd of miniature Herefords for the past twenty years. They enjoy being outside as a family, whether exploring on a hike or working in the garden.
Thomas Fence is a leading fence contractor across Northwest Arkansas. Additionally, we have maintained an Arkansas Contractors License (License No. 015501) since 2005. Through the American Fence Association and ACI, we became Arkansas's first Certified Fence Contractor. This accreditation is awarded only after proving excellence in business practices, passing industry-specific testing, and maintaining integrity with a trusted professional reputation. We renew this accreditation every three years by completing advanced training and education in the fencing industry.

A Thomas Fence estimator visits your property, walks the job with you, and explains exactly what to expect — before any commitment is made.
Our final invoice matches the quote we gave you. No line items appear after the fact. No surprises at the end of the job.
We call 811 for required utility locates, flag questions about privately owned lines, and point you toward trusted trades for anything outside our scope — like stump removal.
Weather delays, schedule changes, and project updates are communicated — not discovered. You know where things stand at every stage.
Need to add a gate after the job starts? Change the fence line? We accommodate mid-project adjustments and explain any cost impact in detail.
Irrigation systems, landscaping, and existing structures are treated with care. We leave your yard clean when the job is done — no debris, no damage.
Our crews arrive on schedule and complete residential installations — including tear-out and replacement — typically within one to two days.
Every installation includes a one-year craftsmanship warranty, provided in writing at job completion. No deposit is required for standard residential work.

US Federal Contractor Registration
Thomas Fence is a certified fence contractor for the US Federal Contractor Registration. We are authorized to perform federal fencing contracts across Arkansas and beyond, giving clients confidence in our reliability, compliance, and professionalism.
This certification reflects our adherence to strict federal standards and qualifies us to serve government facilities, military bases, and large-scale public projects. By maintaining this registration, we ensure every project is secure, trusted, and expertly managed.
Certified Gate Automation Technician
The Certified Gate Automation Technician (CGAT) program is the premier certification for automated gate installers. Thomas Fence is committed to the continuing education of our technicians through the completion of this certification program.
As a credential for individuals who have demonstrated exceptional levels of experience, knowledge, safety awareness, professionalism, and skills in the installation and servicing of automated gate systems, we ensure that your gate will be installed by an expertly skilled technician.

Madeleine was featured in the "Women Influencing" segment, which interviews the amazing impact of female leadership in the fence industry. Madeleine joined our company as a part-time secretary but quickly demonstrated her multi-talented versatility. Today, she's an integral part of our company and runs everything from billing to hiring and HR. We're proud to have her leading our office.
